There isn't one, but the reasoning is simple enough: we're new, so we'd rather spend a week proving we can do the work than a week trying to convince you we can. If the site's good you'll want it. If it isn't, we haven't earned anything.

You only pay it if you've seen the finished site and decided to keep it. Extras like the AI receptionist or ads management are priced separately, depending on the job.
No. We carry across your existing content and page structure, and set up redirects so anything Google already knows about still lands somewhere sensible. A faster, mobile-friendly site generally helps rather than hurts.
No. The site is yours once it's paid for. You'll have a small hosting bill from whoever hosts it — usually a few pounds a month, paid directly to them, not to us. If you want us for changes later that's a separate conversation, not a standing charge.
