Started because most agencies get the order backwards.
D Rosa Digital is a UK web design and development studio. We build websites for established local service businesses — properly, by hand, and in a way that puts the risk on us rather than you.
Pay first, hope later — that's backwards.
Most web design agencies ask a business to commit money before they've seen anything. A brief, a deposit, weeks of waiting, and then — hopefully — a website that's actually good.
We do it the other way round. We find or meet a business with a website that isn't working for them, build a proper replacement first, and only then start a conversation about whether they want it. If they don't, nothing's owed.
It means every website we hand over has already survived the only test that matters — someone looked at it honestly, with nothing on the line, and decided it was worth having.
Four steps. No surprises in any of them.
A short conversation
About the business, what the current site does badly, and whether a rebuild actually makes sense. Sometimes the honest answer is that it doesn't — we'll say so.
We build, you wait
Typically 5 working days for a full site. Real pages, real copy, working forms — not a Photoshop mockup dressed up as a preview.
You look at it properly
A live link, on your own phone, in your own time. Show your staff. Compare it honestly to what you've got now.
You decide, we respect it
Want it — we agree a fair price and hand it over, in your name, outright. Don't want it — that's the end of it, no invoice, no hard feelings.
Established local service businesses.
We work with a deliberately narrow set of trades and practices — businesses with real revenue, real staff and real customers to win. Not one-person side hustles, and not casual little shops.
Dentists & clinics
Practices where a new patient checks the website before they ever ring — and where a dated one quietly costs you bookings.
Gyms & fitness studios
Gyms, yoga studios, personal training studios and wellness spaces — where sign-ups live or die on the first impression.
Restaurants
Proper restaurants that take bookings — where menus, photos and a working reservation flow do the selling.
Hair & beauty salons
Established salons with a team and a chair to fill — not one-chair barber shops.
Roofing & construction
Roofers and building firms quoting real jobs — where trust and proof of past work close the deal.
Plumbing & electrical
Established firms with engineers on the road — where an urgent job goes to whoever's easiest to find and book.
Tell us about your business.
No commitment, no pressure. If it's a fit, we'll build you something worth seeing.
